Holistic Health Coach for neurospicy moms ready to feel like themselves again, without the burnout or BS.

Meet Linnea

Too many neurospicy moms are burned out from trying to fit into wellness models that were never made for their brains, or their lives. I’m here to change that.

As a Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coach, my mission is to help neurodivergent women reclaim their energy, confidence, and identity through brain-friendly, nervous-system-safe support that honors the whole self, body, mind, and spirit.

This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about building systems that actually work for you. Because you’re not broken. You just need a different kind of support.

My Mission

I’ve lived what many of my clients are just starting to name. Chronic migraines. Food that hurt instead of helped. A body no one could explain.

At 12, I was diagnosed with Disordered Eating, but the truth was, eating caused pain and no one looked deeper.

Years later, after my second child developed allergies, eczema, and migraines, I started connecting the dots. An elimination diet uncovered gluten as a major trigger for both of us. Then in 2021, that same child was hospitalized and diagnosed with Crohn’s. It was terrifying… and also a relief. We finally had answers.

Today, I parent four autistic kids. I live with ADHD, MCAS, and CPTSD. Our house is full of sensory overwhelm, gut issues, and brains that don’t follow a standard rulebook.

What changed everything for me was understanding the deep connection between food, the gut, and the brain.

Now I help other neurospicy moms reclaim their energy and self-trust with support that’s shame-free, nervous-system-safe, and made to work with your brain not against it.

My Story

L.S. Coaching is a safe space for the full, messy, beautiful spectrum of being human.

I work with neurodivergent moms from all walks of life, and I honor each person’s story, identity, and lived experience. You are welcome here regardless of your race, body size, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, neurotype, disability, or background.

I’m committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or shrink to receive care. Your full self is not only accepted it’s respected, supported, and celebrated.

This is a space for real people with real lives, doing the best they can. That includes me, too. I’m always open to growth and feedback as I work to deepen this commitment in practice not just in words.

Everyone Is Welcome Here
