I’m a Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and founder of L.S. Coaching. I specialize in helping neurodivergent moms reclaim their energy, confidence, and identity—without burning out or forcing themselves into wellness models that weren’t built for their brains.
